Guest House Sea glass

This was much more comfortable than I expected, and I came away thinking I'd stay here again. The room was clean, which gave me confidence in how it's managed, even though the service didn't feel like typical hotel service. Compared with similar places, it worked really well for the relaxed, home-like stay I wanted. My first-floor room had a toilet, shower booth, kitchen, microwave, and toaster, all suited to the way I travel. It's different from a city hotel in central Naha or a resort hotel in the central or northern areas, so it's good to know what kind of stay it is before booking.

The one-person room I had on the second floor was plain and clean. Even though it faced a main road, it stayed quiet, probably because the building is concrete. The toilet and shower were shared, as you'd expect in a guesthouse, but I was the only guest that day, so it wasn't an issue. Soap and shampoo were available, and I could borrow towels too. The awkward part was where the outlets were placed. Charging devices or plugging in a PC was inconvenient, so bringing an extension cord would be a good idea.

There's Wi-Fi, and the room is fine, but it has no sofa. The bare concrete made it surprisingly cold, and the road right beside it meant plenty of noise.

A clean, nice guesthouse, and it was incredibly quiet, probably because there weren't any other guests. I brought my own towels and toiletries, though the provided toiletries included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.
