Hotel Onahama Hills

I booked based on two things: breakfast included and free parking. Only after making the reservation did I notice the name, Hotel Onahama Hills. It was the last stop on my tour past Toranomon Hills and Azabudai Hills, and returning from the city to the countryside, that felt just right. The building is old and probably won't suit someone who notices every detail. But laundry, detergent, and breakfast are all free, which is very practical on a long trip or work stay. What stood out was the people: the staff's hospitality, the carefully made breakfast, and the feeling that they were doing what they could for guests. This place runs on care and heart, not newness or luxury. I like that. I didn't need anything flashy. It was enough to sleep, rest, and get going again. For a traveler like me, it was just right.

There was a good-value package with tickets to Aquamarine Fukushima, and they also had a Hawaiian Gardens package. The breakfast buffet was delicious. For bath time, we could relax at a nearby affiliated hotel and use the massage chairs. Free coffee and candy, plus manga to read whenever we wanted, made the evening easy. I'd stay again.

The only part I really liked was the breakfast buffet. It had a home-cooked taste, and you could tell they put effort into it. My room was a smoking room, and the cigarette smell had seeped everywhere, so I slept with the window open. I also booked dinner, but they served hot pot on a hot day. The taste was okay, though still better than a regular chain restaurant.

The place is a bit dated, and parking takes some effort. Still, the rates are reasonable, and breakfast is tasty with plenty of choices. I was very satisfied. A good pick if you want a filling breakfast.
