The free drinks were really good, and I had a very good stay. Five stars.

This was my third stay, mainly because the hotel is near our work, and I liked it on earlier visits. The price was lower this time, but I felt the front desk lady was racist. Staff on my previous stays had been extremely cooperative. On my second visit, the front desk lady was helpful and smiley. The room was clean, though I thought the bathtub needed more careful cleaning. For the price, I expected more facilities.

Breakfast had a bigger selection than at a regular Route Inn, and it was excellent. The baths also felt more like an onsen than the sento-style baths at a regular Route Inn, and were larger. Rooms have a slightly different design, with a small sofa, and the softer bed made them more comfortable. It's close to Sendai airport, but you'd need a car since there's no real public transport nearby.

The staff were really friendly, and even though I know that kind of service is common in Japan, it still felt warm. Breakfast was very delicious and included in the room price.
