The staff were kind and really helpful, and I loved having a hot tub, cold tub, sauna, and private terrace in the room. It made my staycation memorable. The welcome drink and sweets were a nice touch, too, and the water was refreshing. Google listed this as a 3-star hotel when I wrote this, but after checking in and staying here, I'd call it a 5-star experience. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

We found this brand-new hotel on Google Maps and really liked both the comfortable room and the spacious onsen. I'd definitely recommend it.

We weren't satisfied. There was no welcome drink, and we couldn't choose the restaurant or say what kind of food we preferred. They served what they wanted without asking whether we eat Japanese food. The meal wasn't good, so I'd pay for the room and eat somewhere else. The room itself was okay, but the A/C was set to 20°C and we couldn't adjust it. The staff were terrible, and service seemed to depend on which room you chose. We didn't see that at any other hotel.

The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Parking is free, and it's 35 minutes from Mt Fuji Shizuoka Airport. Absolutely loved the hotel, and we'll definitely come back when we're in the Shizuoka area.

The staff were wonderful, kind, and patient with us as foreigners. They let us leave our bags there and even put them in our room. The amenities were great too. Thanks for a lovely stay. I'll come back next time I'm in this area.
