The staff were kind, and I had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms are spacious, it’s conveniently close to the airport, there’s a free shuttle, and a FamilyMart on the second floor. But soon after booking, I got several phishing messages that had my exact reservation number. Booking details should be protected carefully, so this was concerning. I reported it, but was only told not to click external links. I understand that advice, but guests shouldn’t be exposed to this kind of risk. Data protection needs to be taken more seriously.

There’s a free shuttle bus to the airport, and access to Rinku Town Shopping and Seacle. Donki and a cosmetics store are nearby, too. The 24/7 Family mart on the second floor is very convenient. Check-in was easy, and the hotel offers lots of amenities like lotion, face wash, bath sponge, and more. Most staff speak perfect English. I had a great experience at Washington hotel and definitely recommend it.

The self-service machine makes check-in and check-out easy, and there’s a locked room with lockers where you can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out. The rooms are decent and have plenty of amenities. The building smells nice, with soft music playing, and there’s a convenience store on the second floor. A shopping mall is a five-minute walk via the sky bridge. The hotel connects to the train station through that bridge, and the location is really convenient. Service was good, and the airport shuttle is free.

I mainly chose this place for the airport shuttle, and it made the stopover practical and easy. Compared with other airport hotels I’ve stayed at, the experience was decent and served its purpose. It’s a functional choice if a smooth airport connection is your main priority. It isn’t a luxury destination, but it handled my trip logistics well and met my needs for a quick, efficient stop.

This was my first hotel in Japan, and I loved the room, the people, and the location. The whole staff made me feel welcome and looked after, especially the manager (her), who provided excellent service. They helped me with everything. It’s also close to the train station, a convenience store, and a pharmacy. I’m very satisfied with my stay and give the hotel my highest rating.
