The room was spotless and tidy, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the late August heat. The bathroom had everything you might need and more. The shared kitchen was reasonably equipped for very basic cooking, and there are nice places to eat nearby. At 50 dollars for two people, it wasn’t too bad. This seems like a good place to stay when arriving at Kansai International Airport (KIX) or before a departure. The room is simple but comfortable, just what we needed after a 12-hour travel day and overnight flight without sleep. It was our first time sleeping on tatami mats, and we were very comfortable. One thing to keep in mind, if you’re sensitive to noise, earplugs might be a good idea.
