Really friendly to pets, with amazing food and service. Strongly recommend if you're traveling with pets.

The owner was incredibly kind when my friend and I stopped by for the onsen and a drink. The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming, and it was lovely meeting his dogs. We’ll be back, and I highly recommend the place 😄

The food was fantastic, from the sashimi, abalone, and other seafood to the fried dishes. Everyone on staff was kind, and the inn’s resident dogs, Kazue-chan and Ginji-kun, were adorable and very well behaved. I appreciated the thoughtful extras, including a welcome drink by the front desk, snacks, and a dog run. It was nice that the view changed when the men's and women's outdoor baths switched. A family bath was included at no extra charge, so we could enjoy bathing together for the first time in a while.

The food was delicious, probably the inn’s best feature. Staff were very kind and seemed to love dogs. Our tatami room was spacious, and dogs aren’t allowed to sleep on the futons. Free drinks, coffee, and juice were available in the lobby, with dog amenities and an outdoor foot bath for dogs as well. There are two dog runs, though both had issues. The first-floor one by the lobby requires diapers, and its uneven entrance felt dangerous. The annex run is up two floors from the main building via an elevator and a dark staircase, so small dogs need to be carried. Its entrance door also seemed like it might collapse. Those dog runs were disappointing. The seventh-floor public bath has a great view, and there’s a cypress bath at the back. The parking lot is across the street, about 50 meters from the inn. A staff member waits outside and takes your luggage in at the entrance.
