The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. It's only a short walk from Kanazawa Station, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it's a great base for exploring Kanazawa. Staff were polite and check-in went smoothly, though the service felt fairly standard. Facilities covered the basics for a short stay, but were quite simple. Very good value.

The Kanazawa Gozen the hotel recommended was fantastic. For 3,500 yen, it felt well worth it and gave us a chance to try local cuisine without leaving the hotel. We stayed three nights, and this ended up being my favorite hotel of my early 2026 Japan trip. Our 32 sqm room was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable for a longer stay, much bigger than most hotels in Japan at this price. The rates were affordable for the space and quality, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. An outstanding stay. I hope to return.

The convenience store right beside the hotel came in handy, and being close to Kanazawa Station made getting around easy, even though it's a bit far from the city center. Our room was surprisingly big, and the bed and cushions were incredibly comfortable. My wife especially loved the hair dryer. We had a great stay and would gladly come back.

My wife booked two nights here, December 3-4, 2025. The price was very good, and despite being on the cheaper end, the hotel felt luxurious, with huge rooms and excellent amenities. I really admired the Japanese hospitality from both the staff and the hotel. I'd definitely return next time I'm exploring Hokuriku, Japan.

We stayed in Winter 2024 and over New Year 2025. I can't write a long review just now, but I'll add one with pictures later. The room was the biggest of our trip, and there was a luggage forwarding service. The hotel is central, close to Kanazawa Shinkansen, metro and bus station, and was great value. We appreciated the Japanese hospitality and friendly, helpful staff. The New Year breakfast spread was beautiful, with very fresh seafood, and the restaurateur was warm and welcoming.
