Dirty and smelly, with basic facilities in what felt like an old house. The Filipino landlady's attitude was unpleasant. I won't go back to that room. It felt like a place for rats and cockroaches.

It was my first time in Japan, and Hilda inn was a nice place. The people were friendly and accommodating.

The room had rats and cockroaches, and the accommodation was dirty, as other reviewers have mentioned. I would avoid it. The cancellation charge is also awful: even if you cancel the day before, or give no notice, they charge 97% of the reservation. I've never had an accommodation experience this bad.

Rain came through the house, with water dripping from the roof onto the bed while I was trying to sleep. The room itself was small and smelled bad. It was a horrible experience.

The service attitude was poor. The place was dirty, and the whole experience was terrible.
