The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a large suitcase that wouldn’t fit in the secure cabinet, so the front desk kept it for me. The capsule dorms are a classic style, but spacious, and my room was nicely warm even though it was cold outside. I booked just one night on 24 th Dec 2022 because most reasonably priced capsule hotels around Tokyo station were full. I arrived before 10 pm and was able to get dinner at the hostel restaurant, which was open until around 10. The food was surprisingly affordable and so yammy!! The Spa was awesome, a lovely treat after a tiring day before I got a good night’s sleep. If I need somewhere to sleep around Tokyo next time, I’ll definitely come back. Thank you very much 💖

I’m so sad and angry about this terrible customer service. There was no internet throughout my stay, and they didn’t seem to care about fixing it. The curtain on my capsule didn’t work properly, but they refused to move me to another one. They also wouldn’t store my luggage after checkout even though my flight was in the evening. This is the first hostel I’ve come across that won’t let customers leave their bags. Not one of the staff could speak even a word of English. I don’t know how they can still survive. Maybe this is the Japanese standard, and I come from a different world, but these inconveniences left me extremely disappointed. Never again!! 😔😭😡🤬

The staff are friendly, and the baths were nice. It’s a cool experience, and I recommend trying a classic Japanese 80's vintage capsule hotel. After taking off your shoes and leaving them in a locker, head up to the locker room floor to put away your things and change into the pajama-type clothes. The bath level feels totally Japanese style. You strip down with just a small towel for modesty, shower and scrub first, then soak in the beautiful hot water. Once refreshed, go down to the capsule floor and climb in like a sailor getting into a ship. It’s comfortable and private!

The hotel is a few hundred meters from Kawasaki station, with restaurants, cafés and shopping malls just a few meters away. It’s well organized, clean and quiet, with an onsen/sauna free for hotel customers, a laundry room and a restaurant.
