The Hotel Well-hub Haneda

We chose a room facing the airport and enjoyed watching the planes and airport activity. From there, we could also see people running and fishing in the park beside the hotel. The room wasn't large, but it was comfortable compared with other hotels in Japan and Tokyo. The shuttle service to the airport and Kawasaki train station was well arranged. Everyone we met, including the staff, shuttle drivers, and breakfast staff, was kind and helpful. Communication in English or Japanese wasn't a problem. Thanks to them, we had a great stay and made our early flight. We'd definitely come back.

The staff took my food allergies seriously, and I've never had anyone be so attentive about them. They gave me a list of what I couldn't eat at breakfast, which made choosing easy. There was still plenty I could have, and I was full before I got to try everything. We had a late flight, so booking two nights and staying just one gave us a comfortable place to wait. I'd HIGHLY recommend doing that. The service was exceptional, and the many amenities made us feel welcome and at home. Restaurants, a shrine, Costco, and a 7/11 are all within walking distance, with the 7/11 just around the corner. The airport shuttle timing didn't work for us, so we took a taxi instead. It was under $8 and well worth avoiding the bus.

There’s a lovely walking path and park right next to the hotel, with scenic river and airport views. Its location near Haneda Airport was great. The restaurants were pretty good, and there are lots of amenities by the elevator. Breakfast had a wide selection, from Japanese dishes to Western food, so there was something for all kinds of people.

We spent our last night in Japan here, and it worked out perfectly. Being so close to Haneda Airport made our early flight easy to manage, without rushing. The place was quiet and clean, with an elegantly simple feel. Our room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities. One side looks out over the calm airport surroundings; the other façade faces panoramic views of the Kawasaki riverfront and city skyline. The complimentary shuttle to Haneda Airport ran smoothly and had room for about 8-10 people with large luggage. Taxis can also be arranged separately if needed. A comfortable, convenient place to stay before a flight, with great views.
