This was my second stay, and the staff made me feel welcome again. M Maeda even called Amazon to arrange a redelivery of my parcel, which I really appreciated. Koyama was very helpful too, and speaks English well.

We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back. The twin room was fairly spacious for a reasonable price, and there’s free coffee in the lobby all day. Breakfast is self-service and free, though pretty average. Each guest also gets one free drink from the vending machine, a really heart-warming touch. The English-speaking front desk staff gave foreign guests a warm welcome. The hotel is right beside JR Higashi-Kishiwada Station. Parking is free for 30 minutes, then 800 yens per night. If you’re driving, it’s about 40 minutes to Kansai Airport, handy for an early flight.

The only downside was hearing the trains from inside the room. Otherwise, it’s a clean, comfortable business hotel right by the station, with helpful staff, a great breakfast buffet, and useful extras like coin laundry and coffee machines. Recommended!

Just 100 m from the station, and the trip to Kansai airport takes only 20 minutes. There’s an onsen, coin laundry, vending machines and microwaves in the common area. Breakfast was great, and the staff, especially at the front desk, were really kind and supportive. A great hotel for an overnight stay. Highly recommend.
