I had a really relaxing stay and would definitely book again. The apartment was spotless and well looked after, with a soft bed, clean bathroom, and even a washing machine, which was handy for a longer visit. It felt much more like a home than a hotel room, with a living room, two bedrooms, balcony with a great view, and full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, and basic spices. Check-in was easy, and the staff were welcoming and kind. Shin-Kobe Station is only a few minutes away on foot, so getting around the city by train was easy. Convenience stores and supermarkets were close by for food and essentials. It was quiet at night, and I felt safe the whole time. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, fresh towels, and helpful guidebooks in the room. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Kobe.

We accidentally booked Hotel Seaview for November instead of October while traveling around Japan. Host Atoo helped us sort it out so we could stay. The view was great, and after checkout Atoo even helped with a raincoat we’d forgotten to take with us. I’d highly recommend the place.

I spent four months in Kazuyo and Atoo’s lovely serviced apartment, and it was the best home I could’ve asked for in Kobe. They treated me more like a daughter than a guest. The rooms felt homey and had everything I needed, and the service was top quality, with any kind of request accommodated. I truly recommend it to anyone coming here.

Mr atoo really goes out of his way to help. The location’s great, right by a bus stop with a route straight into the heart of the city. Buses come every five minutes or so during the morning and daytime. I recommend it.

The owners were very accommodating, and I had a great stay. The rooms are all air-conditioned, and the location is super convenient, with a bus stop right out front and lots of stores nearby, including Lawsons and family co-op. Everyone was very friendly. Would recommend. Thank You.
