The bed was firm and comfortable, the temperature was easy to control, and the Wi-Fi worked well and stayed stable. The bathroom was small but clean and usable, and the room was about what I'd expected in size, though opening both of our large suitcases at once was a challenge. Amenities were provided, with more available in the lobby, along with coffee, tea, and bread in the afternoon. Breakfast was filling and complete, but repetitive. Check-in was smooth, and the staff spoke English, so it was easy. We got our keycards right away and didn't pay any hotel taxes. We stayed at The b Kobe for three business nights. From the Airport Limousine bus stop in Kobe Sannomiya, it was about a 20-minute walk, which was a bit much with our big luggage. The neighborhood was lively, with shops and restaurants, and the hotel is right by Donki and Ikuta-jinja shrine. Just so you know, there are adult bars or hostess clubs beside the hotel. All in all, it was pretty good.

It's right in the middle of everything. The room had a comfy bed, though its window was fairly small and looked out onto other windows, which wasn't much of a view. With it being Golden Week, the price made that acceptable. The reception had a proper espresso machine, plus donuts and a pleasant lounge. Highly recommend!

A cozy, nice hotel that's handy for getting around, with lots of cafes, places to eat, and shops nearby. For an adventure, there's a waterfall up the mountain with a beautiful view of the city and the morning sun. Wear good trekking shoes and bring a bottle of water. No need to worry about the toilet, there's one halfway up by the lake.

Afternoon coffee and a free donut are available until 6:30 pm. The place is fairly roomy for the price, and while it isn't new, the interior is still clean. There's no bathtub, which was fine by me since I don't use one.

The room is compact, but laid out well enough that it never felt cramped. The bed and pillow were clean and comfortable, and the lobby was cozy. We also found the Wi-Fi fast, with a laundry machine and ice maker in the shared area. Check-in and checkout were quick, and the staff's hospitality was excellent, including the complimentary donuts and coffee. It's in a very convenient spot among shops and restaurants, so I'd definitely come back. Happy customer here.
