10/10
The room was 13sqm, a bit tight for two people and luggage, but absolutely workable. Check-in and checkout were easy, and they gave us a door sign so staff wouldn't come in, while still leaving fresh towels each day. Parking was full in the hotel's limited lot on our first night, but the helpful staff made sure we had a spot after that. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of Japanese and Western options. I'd stay again if the chance came up.

We had a really good, spacious VIP room for the family. The view from the higher floor was amazing.

There’s a public bath, and parking costs 500 yen per day. Laundry is available for a fee.

The location isn't as convenient as some other hotels near the center, though it's a 3-5 minute walk to or from the airport bus stop. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, and the public bath was good. Front desk staff were very kind and provided good service. Free drinks are available near reception during the day, and bicycle rental is free. Buffet breakfast costs 800¥.
