Cozy and a little off the beaten path, but still close to everything Kochi has to offer. The location worked for me, and the people working there were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It was fine for a short stay.

The place was cheap and conveniently located, so you get what you pay for. The on-site car park costs ¥750, but it was already full when we arrived at 4:30 on Saturday. We had to use a partner car park a 10-minute walk away with our four-year-old, which wasn't ideal. Overnight parking there was ¥700. Our room was clean and renovated, but the double bed and pillow were hard, and we only had one pillow. The bath on the ninth floor was a small jacuzzi-style tub, not the nice view we expected from the website. I'm a large adult and took up all the room, so another adult wouldn't have been able to sit comfortably with any space between us. There was also a small sauna. Adults got a free buffet breakfast, but children cost an extra ¥450. The selection was small. I wouldn't stay again.
