Being near the castle and all the restaurants was a real plus. I loved the rooftop hot springs, the great breakfast, and the local touches, especially the regional dishes and local wines by the glass in the lobby. Highly recommended!

I really liked the rooftop onsen and its view, as well as the selection of five or six local wines. I tried two and liked one a lot. The hotel is right by the station, which is a great spot for Kofu. My only real wish is for a little more room space. There was a luggage rack, but nowhere to set it up properly. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

The location near the station was convenient, and the hotel made a strong impression. My room was very clean, and I found the hot spring really relaxing.

The room was on the small side but still fine, and I enjoyed the onsen. Breakfast was good too.

I've been living here for almost five months, and the staff have been consistently friendly and helpful. The non-smoking rooms are bright and very clean, while the smoking rooms feel kind of dingy. Rooms are small by American standards, but for the staff, location, and price, I'd still give the place five stars. Most things I need are within walking distance, and it's a good spot if you want restaurants and bars nearby.
