The pool and jacuzzi are good value. I didn’t get to try the poolside BBQ, but I’d be interested. If you want to do it, make sure to book ahead.

This is a local, low-cost resort hotel with decent facilities and very good value for the dinner and breakfast set. You can see the sea from only one side. The restaurant staff were very friendly in a neighborly way.

The staff were polite and helpful throughout, and at check-in one of them even asked how my child was doing. The day before our trip, my child had been unwell and I asked about canceling, but thankfully they recovered and we could go. The breakfast buffet was incredibly tasty, though it sounds like it isn’t served every day. The hotel has lots going for it and the price was reasonable. The building seems a little old, but there were no noticeable stains and I was comfortable. The swallows nesting along the walls in the sea-facing corridor were adorable, and the rattan furniture gave the room a tropical feel. We also loved the indoor pool, large public bath, and ping-pong table that were included. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to Kochi City. The roads didn’t seem congested, so staying here felt like a practical option without going all the way into the city. I’d definitely use this hotel again on another trip to Kochi.
