Iyashidokoro hotel Kanraku Kurumeekimae

The staff were amazing when I checked in on Feb 19 2026 with a serious problem with my booking. They were incredibly helpful in sorting it out. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and nice, and breakfast is outstanding. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Fantastic customer service, and a great stay overall. The mattress was a bit firm, and the hotel is a little out of the way from the train station, but it's a good choice if you want somewhere quiet.

We picked Kurume as a base for visiting Yame and Fukuoka city, and ended up falling in love with all three cities. There's so much to offer. The room was good, the staff were super friendly, and their curry was perfect. We'll definitely be back! 😁🌸

I stayed for work and found the place comfortable, clean, and practical. The rooms are compact but laid out efficiently, with comfortable beds and facilities that work well for a business trip. The cleaning was thorough, which made me feel at ease. The public bath isn't especially large, but it's good for a soak after traveling or working. It should be comfortable if you go outside peak times. Parking is a bit of a drawback, though there are several paid lots nearby, not too far away, so it wasn't much trouble once I knew where to park. Being near Kurume Station with lots of restaurants close by makes this a place I'd consider staying at again. The price and service are well balanced.
