The karaoke setup was a fun extra, and we had a great stay with our three families and four children. The house and onsen felt clean and new, and the staff were flexible about what we needed.

We had a lovely time here. The host was friendly and kind, and pointed us toward lots of good places to visit.

The reception staff were so kind, and the natural hot springs were great. We also enjoyed singing karaoke and having a barbecue. It was our first time renting a villa as a group of eight, and we were surprised by how beautiful and luxurious it was. We’d like to come back in the warmer months.

We stayed here for a ski trip, and it was easy to get around: both the hot spring district and ski resort were just a 2-3 minute drive away. The area was quiet, so we could relax, and the room was clean and well equipped. The onsen was very comfortable, and the management staff responded quickly whenever anything came up, which put us at ease. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to friends.

We came for a trip with friends from my student days, and the kind staff helped make it a really lovely stay. The facilities were excellent and we were very comfortable here. A good choice if you want to see Kusatsu Onsen and spend time together as a large group.
