The little onsen was a lovely bonus, and every time we went it was empty. The rooms are small, but comfortable and extremely clean. We were really glad we booked this instead of an expensive hotel or apartment. The owners are wonderful, breakfast and the homemade snacks they sell are delicious, and the coffee is great too. The cable car base is so close. I'd definitely come back.

It was so nice to come back from skiing and have dinner here each day, especially since the menu changed every night. The place has a cozy feel, and everything was clean in every corner. We stayed in a traditional Japanese tatami room. The staff were friendly and worked hard, and the bath water was plenty hot.

We had such a fun eight nights here with my teenage son and daughter. The lodge is family-run, the people are welcoming, and the rooms and breakfast were good. It was a great base for skiing, and the price was good too. A real gem.

We’ll be back. Lodge Korpokkuru was so clean and cozy, with kind, welcoming staff and an incredible breakfast. The location is great too, just down the way from Grand Hirafu. Wish I could give it 10 stars 💕

The Japanese-style rooms were clean and nice, and the washrooms were kept clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly. It’s very close to Hirafu ski resort, with restaurants and nightlife easy to get to.
