I loved the free massage chair in the shared area. The only wash option is a small shower room, and I could hear footsteps in the hallway, which got annoying.

It’s close to Niseko Grand Hirafu and reasonably priced, so it works well if you mainly need a place to sleep between ski days. Just be aware that Google’s directions may send you to the office address shown in the email signature. The lodging is south of Grand Hirafu. There doesn’t seem to be staff on site, so expect to manage things yourself. Slippers aren’t provided for the shared bathroom, so bring your own. The only amenities are a bath mat and dishwasher. Laundry is free, but the dryer costs extra. You can hang clothes on the wire in your room, and dry skis and boots by the stove at the entrance, though there’s no waxing area. The room itself was fine. The dining kitchen has plenty of dishes and condiments, but it didn’t feel especially hygienic.

The building is okay, if a little dated. What really bothered me was finding three huge stink bugs in the room. Business Accommodation

😂 Large slugs and stink bugs were wandering through the rooms and hallways.
