We had a great time in the one-bedroom flat. The shuttle picked us up from the bus station on time, and the staff helped arrange our snowboard gear and a private lesson. The shower was so relaxing, the toiletries were good, and the dishwasher, washer, and dryer all worked perfectly. Great location and ski locker room. There's no onsen here, but you can take the shuttle to the main hotel's onsen.

It was quiet and spacious, and central for getting around town. Dot base is about a ten-minute walk uphill, or there's a free shuttle right across the way.

This is a no-frills place, but the staff were friendly and capable, and the location worked well for skiing. The walk to Ace family lift took only 5-7 minutes, about 300 meters. Breakfast and dinner restaurants were super close, and the lifts and rentals were easy to reach. It's far enough from the party area to stay quiet, but close enough to walk home, even drunk if needed. I'd call it pretty good overall, and recommend it to experienced winter sports people focused on skiing and apres-ski. There's a hotel shuttle, though check-in is some distance from the welcome center, so allow extra time to check in and ride back. The room was clean and comfortable, with good ventilation, heating, and air conditioning. The bed wasn't too soft or too hard, and the pillows were buckwheat. There was a sink and fridge, plus a hot water pot and microwave for making coffee or instant noodles. There was no onsen, concierge service was limited, and the cleaning could've been better. We couldn't find the on-site laundry. The toilet wasn't cleaned during our stay, and though we were told the sheets would be changed after four days, they weren't. Water from the shower ran into the bathroom even when we were careful. The heated boot room had no individual dryers, and the lockers only just fit one pair of adult ski boots. The smoking spot was a single ashtray at the entrance. You have to stand in the snow to smoke, and people going in and out have to pass you.

The place was pleasant, and the bed was comfortable. Our room had a lovely direct view of Mt. Yotei, and laundry was convenient. The ski locker has no air vent, so wet boots stayed wet. Closet space was tight for all our ski gear and luggage, and there was just one hook in the shower area, leaving nowhere to hang a wet towel.
