We rented this newly built house for a week of skiing in January 2016. The view of Yotei through the surrounding trees was great, and the ski and drying rooms were especially well thought out for winter. There was plenty of space for our powder boards.

I had a great time here with my teenage kids three years ago. The house has a cool, modern Japanese style. Walking up and down to hirafun can be quite fun, especially at night.

A nice setup for three couples, with an onsen, and a coffee shop nearby. The free bus to the mountains is close too.

Really good place to stay. I'd recommend it.

There's loads of room, the lighting is bright, and the overall design feels very spacious. The equipment is good too, and the drying room is big enough that nobody has to squeeze in. The bed was the drawback for me. It was so soft that I sank into it, so this room may not suit you if you prefer a firmer mattress.
