At Niseko Pension Alice, the hospitality was excellent and the rooms were cozy, with thoughtful decor. The location had lovely views and made it easy to get to Niseko skiing and outdoor activities. Breakfast was a treat, with local ingredients. A charming mountain stay for families or couples looking for somewhere peaceful.

The hosts were lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay of just over a week at Pension Alice. We had a Western style room, basic but comfortable, and everything felt great for the price. A bus ride to the slopes didn't take long, and walking back into town was easy once we had our regular shoes again. Breakfast and the evening meals we tried a few times were all delicious. I especially liked having coffee by the dining area window each morning, watching the snow. The room was full of gorgeous ornaments, pictures, and clay mugs.

Our favorite dinner during the stay was here. The food is locally sourced, and the server and chef were both so lovely. It's more than a lodge. Come here if you want to get away from hectic hirafu village.

The food was top quality, and so was the Japanese service. The waiter and chef were awesome.

Great portions, very good food, and the best price in town.
