The rooms are dated and pretty basic, but they have everything you need. The location is the best, and the owner and family are so nice!

It was my first time overseas, and I felt comfortable from the warm welcome. The room was small but nice, clean and warm. The snow fields are just a 5 min walk away, so I could head over with a coffee or tea. No complaints at all 👍🏻👍🏻

The location is handy for the lifts and restaurants, and the room was very comfortable. Its quiet gas heater kept things at a cosy temperature. Everything was clean, well stocked and well maintained, including the shared restrooms. When we checked out very early for a train and the buses weren't running yet, the nice lady running the hotel drove us to the train station. I’d definitely come back.

It’s close to the welcome center, ski resort, restaurants and bars, and probably the best accommodation value in the area. The lady who runs it is very nice and cooks fantastic meals.

We ordered breakfast and dinner at the jam, which made things so much easier than heading out with two little kids to find restaurants. It felt like being at home and helped us relax. The staff were very kind and friendly, especially with our two active kids, and it was easy to get everywhere. The room and walls are a bit old and thin. Since my kids cry a lot at night, I worried a little about the noise, but everything else was just fine.
