Soaking in the private onsen while looking out at snow-covered trees was easily my favorite part. Yuki Sugi felt cozy and homey, and the heated floors were such a help after a long day skiing in winter. The spacious chalet also had beautiful artworks that gave it character. I had a great stay and would love to come back on my next visit to Niseko.

We especially enjoyed the private onsen after a full day of skiing. The house felt warm and inviting, with comfortable rooms and beautiful, thoughtful furnishings. Getting to the ski locker was easy, and there was a garage as well as outdoor parking. Had a wonderful stay at Yuki Sugi and can't wait to revist!

The home was an easy walk from Hirafu village centre, with groceries and food options nearby, and the ski slopes were accessible from there too. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious common area worked well for family dinners and hanging out, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare and host meals. The layout also suited our larger group.

The standout for us was the staff, who drove us everywhere and booked reservations. We loved Louis, Oliver, nadeish, Joanne and Doris! The house was beautiful in its design and well equipped.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The location was superb, the finishes felt luxurious, and it was child friendly.
