The layout is a little unusual, with the hand washer in the living room and a tiny separate toilet room, but I had no other complaints. The entrance opens straight into the living area, which has a sofa bed, a small kitchenette, a good TV, and a dining table for four. There are three good beds, a convertible couch, and an extra mattress, so it suits three or four people. Minimalist, but it has what you need for a budget stay in Kyoto, in a pretty good spot near the center.

I couldn't download the location details. Why charge a cleaning fee when no cleaning service is provided during the stay? Not everyone using this is an inbound tourist.
