The staff were so kind and quick to respond to emails, I can’t praise them enough. Our room was clean and spacious. The closest station is around 10-15 minutes away, which wasn’t too bad, and there are two convenience stores about a seven-minute walk away. I just wish more nearby restaurants stayed open later. I’d definitely stay here again.

It’s a little off the beaten path, but well worth it. The staff were fantastic, friendly, and helpful, and we got to try Japanese whiskey and wine for free. The bed was very comfortable, and our room was large compared with the other places we stayed. The bathroom was split into a bath and shower, sink and vanity, and water closet. There was a small convertible kitchenette, and washer and dryer use was free. We were very happy with our stay and would come back if we’re ever in Kyoto.

Just 10 minutes on foot from Kyoto Station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the modern rooms were clean and comfortable. An absolutely wonderful stay.

The room was roomy and comfortable, with high-quality amenities and flawless housekeeping. The services included in the price were unbeatable, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available. The hotel went beyond what I expected, and I can’t wait to stay here again in Kyoto. Tysm!!!

The location felt a little out of the way, but the facilities and staff made up for that. Our room was clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the hotel had everything we needed. Satoka looked after us brilliantly. She helped us find our way around Kyoto and was so great with our son. My family and I had a fantastic time. Thank you all for a great stay!
