Friendly, welcoming staff made this clean, well-organised place even nicer. It’s cozy and affordable for solo travel, and around a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station, which worked pretty well.

The room was small, but good. The location’s not ideal since it’s on the opposite side of Tokyo Station from the nightlife area, though it still works.

The bathroom was clean and modern, and the shower worked well. Rooms were spotless and had the basics, all for a good price. It’s a bit of a walk from Kyoto Station, and the hotel entrance is on a dark, narrow street that didn’t feel very safe at night. During the day it was fine.

It’s easy to stay here if you need to be near Kyoto Station. The hotel is in a residential area, under five minutes from the station center, and there’s a Lawson's nearby. That location also keeps bus and train noise down. There’s a separate bathroom and shower room, plus free Wi-Fi and amenities. Check-in is unattended and automatic: after booking, they send a combination code that opens the key box for your room. For what we paid, I really have no complaints.
