Charlie, our travel angel and housekeeper, took wonderful care of us, both during the last-minute preparations and throughout our stay. Kizuna House is in a quiet residential area, but still central, with good bus connections and a great ramen place just around the corner. We had a wonderful time in Kyoto. The accommodations were very clean, fully equipped, and tastefully decorated.

Kizuna is very convenient, with all the amenities you need and some great restaurants nearby. I love staying here. It's ideally located near Nijo Castle, and close to bus stops serving Kyoto.

We had a very pleasant house to stay in for several days. The neighborhood was quiet, and buses were easy to reach. The onsen-style shower was a nice little extra.

We spent part of our honeymoon here and have no regrets. It's a very comfortable house with everything you need.
