There’s plenty of space in this three-bedroom home, with one and a half bathrooms and a decent kitchen. It was kept extremely clean, and transit is close by.

Modern and clean, with a great location. It worked really well for a short-term rental.

The check-in was handled at the nearby Hotel Material, where we also paid. They gave us a PIN for the automatic door lock, and checking out was as easy as taking all our luggage with us. It’s in a quiet residential area, so you have to keep the noise down. We were four families sharing this two-story house with four bedrooms. The dining table seats six. In the kitchen there’s a kettle and basic cooking gear, including a frying pan, cutting board, knife, bowls and colander, plus chopsticks, spoons and forks. There’s no rice cooker, so bring one if you need it. Towels are supplied for everyone, along with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. You’ll need to bring your own toothbrushes. All the instructions were in English, so it seems set up with foreign guests in mind.
