Getting inside was a bit of a challenge because the lock had apparently broken, though that may have been fixed by now. The managers were very helpful once we got in. The traditional house itself was beautiful, with lovely screen doors and a kotatsu, the heated table. The traditional bathroom was gorgeous too. Upstairs, reached by a lovely but very steep little staircase, there was a shared kitchen area. The beds were comfortable by comparison.

Quiet, pleasant place, with a train station and grocery store not far away.

A really nice place to stay near the station. The inari shrine is nearby too and worth a visit.
