What I’ll remember most is how friendly and service-minded the staff were. They were accommodating and really went above and beyond. Rinn Kyoto Gion Shinbashi is also very well located, with clean rooms and excellent facilities. I’d warmly recommend it. Thanks again for having me.

You can’t beat the location, and the facility feels very new with decent amenities. I was glad to have washer and dryers. The room felt small for the price, though, and I’m definitely bigger than average. The bathroom would be too small for an average Western person.

The amenities were good and the location was good too, but the rooms felt quite small. The Wi-Fi didn’t work on any of the three days we were there, which left me really disappointed.

The rooms were spotless and amazing, the staff were so friendly, and the coffee was free and great. The location was perfect too.

Everything else was good, but the creaking wooden floor woke us up early every morning.
