The location worked well for us, with public transport and grocery shops nearby. Our apartment was large, with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and air conditioning that worked properly. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and spoke English very well. Thanks for your hospitality!

At RESI STAY Mayu Grace Hotel, I found the rooms clean, modern, and comfortable, with useful little touches that made everything easy. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. It was also convenient for getting to nearby sights. I had a relaxing, hassle-free stay and would recommend it.

The apartment-style rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the price we got for April 2025 was very good. Both front desk staff I spoke with were helpful and spoke excellent English, which I appreciated. It’s hard to beat the space for the money. My one complaint was that the bedding was oddly undersized and left our shoulders uncovered.

The neighborhood was quiet, the beds were comfy, the AC was great, and the water pressure was awesome. But we couldn’t get help when we needed it because the receptionist was only there for a few hours a day. There was no iron or steamer, and no body lotion either. The subway is a 10-15 minute walk away, which is worth keeping in mind if you have luggage. We never got any information about the shuttle, and knowing about it would’ve made a huge difference for us.

Our king suite was basically an apartment, with lots of space, and it was comfortable and clean. The hotel is on a very quiet street. The train station and bus stops are about a 10 minute walk away, which isn’t bad, though making that walk every time we needed a train did add up. I’d stay here again.
