After eight nights, I was sorry to leave. My double room was spacious, very clean, and had a terrific view. The basic kitchen was handy and the washer-dryer was new. The patio had chairs, but it was too cold for me to use it.

This was my third stay at a Minn hotel, and I love everything about this property. It's ultra clean, with a great location, plenty of space, curated furniture, top-notch appliances, and a comfortable shower and bed. The fully equipped kitchenette and washer-dryer are big pluses. Self-service check-in and check-out work perfectly for people who don't speak Japanese.

The room was very quiet even though it faces a main road, and the location is excellent, close to buses and the subway. But the sheets weren't clean, and the extra bedding hadn't been set up, so we had to do it all ourselves. We also needed new sheets without stains.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was nice and fully equipped. It would be more helpful to have a washer-dryer so we wouldn't need to hang our clothes to dry. Luckily, there were two hanging rails and enough hangers. Also, please keep the water dispenser topped up, as we ran out several times during our stay. Thanks.

Late check-out comes with a charge. Many hotels offer benefits for Amex bookings, but this one doesn't. They also couldn't provide an iron or steamer, which are pretty basic amenities.
