I stay here about once a month and am generally satisfied, but calling the hotel is a bad experience when the male front desk attendant answers. He took quite a while to pick up, possibly because it was busy. Then, when I explained what I needed, like placing a food order, he said, “It’ll take a while, but...” in a way that sounded annoyed. When I gave the order, all I got was “Yes, yes,” and I wasn’t sure he’d even heard it. I can’t imagine many customers would be happy with that, lol. Female attendants have handled the same situation by checking whether I’m okay with a wait, so this seems more like a problem with that man than with the hotel generally. I really hope they add a TV information system.

The room is spacious, though the view isn't good, and it has sex toys and an electric massager. The bathroom comes with plenty of toiletries and cosmetics, but the toilet is small. This is a couples hotel outside the city center. Check-in is automated, and there’s room service to order from, though breakfast isn’t served.

I called to ask whether there were any rooms available because I wanted to use the service. The man who answered sounded middle-aged and older, and the call was a mess. He kept saying hello, then asked if he’d reached Fine Olive. After several silences, the store finally confirmed it was Fine Olive. He apologized, saying the signal might have been bad, then asked about rooms. The answer was just “No.” He started to say something else, but the call ended with a click. They didn’t introduce themselves, sounded surly and listless, and hung up. I’ve lost interest in going back. This is more than poor customer service; it’s a complete mess. If they employ staff like that, maybe they’re great at cleaning. Was the room spotless? If so, they shouldn’t be answering phones or serving customers. The call killed what should have been a fun mood. I was right not to go.
