The room was easy to reach by train or bus, though walking from the city center and market takes around 25-30 minutes. That’s manageable for a couple of days, but the walk started to wear on me. Check-in and checkout were simple at a kiosk, with staff only needed if something goes wrong. For the price, it’s a decent, very clean hotel with what you need. I tried the included breakfast once and found it less than mediocre: a small, mostly-bread sandwich, a drink, and a tiny yogurt. Breakfast wasn’t why I booked, but keep that in mind if it matters to you.

The location was nice and, apart from a few things, I had a good stay. The room itself was nice, but the staff were rude and not much help, so it didn’t feel hospitable, especially for a three-star place. I wouldn’t bother trying the breakfast. There were lumps in my duvet every day, as if housekeeping didn’t know how to make the bed 😂 It didn’t bother me much, but figured I’d mention it.

The rooms were great, and so was the cleaning crew. The front desk, though, seemed extremely unhappy to be there and came across as rude and unprofessional. The gentleman who seemed to be the afternoon manager was especially bad. Shame on you. Higher management should change the front desk team for better results. Just look at the other reviews complaining about them.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was laid out really nicely. It’s easy to get around from here, with bus stops for the main places and a 7 eleven just around the corner. Nice, convenient hotel in a good location. I’d definitely recommend it.

That shower was amazing, with two heads and strong pressure, and the beds and pillows were the best I’ve had in Japan. The room also had a music speaker and Netflix on the TV, which I loved. The location is great too. My one suggestion would be better curtains, since these didn’t fully darken the room. I’d still really recommend staying here.
