The team was responsive and helpful, and the neighborhood was quiet while still being close to the main sights. I loved how clean and cozy the place was, with a lovely blend of modern and traditional Kyoto style. I’d definitely stay here again.

I wouldn’t trust this company. They were unreliable, and we were seriously ripped off!!!

My boyfriend surprised me with a mystery birthday trip, and we ended up staying here. Work usually keeps me busy, so having somewhere stylish and out of the ordinary to unwind made me really happy. I picked up groceries at a nearby supermarket, then relaxed around the spacious kitchen and dining table. Some work came up while we were there, but the study-like space upstairs was great for concentrating. The bath was roomy and looked out onto the courtyard, so it was relaxing morning and evening. The townhouse feel helped me recharge. I travel often for work and have stayed in all kinds of hotels, but this one was the best by far. Highly recommend!
