Toki Kuramaguchi

We spent a month here and were comfortable after we figured out how the appliances worked. The house is older but well cared for, and we had no unpleasant surprises. We do recommend it, though you'll want to read the house manual carefully. It's on a quiet little alley just off the main road, about a three-minute walk from Kuramaguchi Station and Howdy grocery store, which was very convenient. A few straightforward fixes could make it a five-star stay. Our white clothes came out brown from the washer, the TV isn't a smart TV so there's no streaming, and the only mirror area is too dark for makeup or shaving. Check-in time wasn't flexible either. A family who thought they'd rented our house knocked on the door, confused. We're not sure whether we actually met the host. A man gave us the key and seemed a bit disturbed by our presence; we didn't see or hear from him again. Maybe our arriving early disrupted his routine. Our car got there an hour ahead of plan. Sorry.
