The staff were kind, and breakfast was fine, with the basics covered. The bathroom was cleaner than I expected and had a few toiletries, which was handy. But the room was cramped for two, and the wallpaper beside the bed was so dirty I avoided that side and slept on the far corner. It really needs replacing. I also never heard about the happy hour mentioned in other comments.

There are plenty of good places to eat nearby, plus a convenience store right next door. Matsusaka Station is less than a five-minute walk away. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful. They also offer a welcome drink you can pour yourself from 6 to 8 PM. I had everything I needed.

For a hotel in a smaller city, I didn't expect the room for two to be tighter than ones I've had in Shinjuku, Tokyo. There wasn't even enough space to open my suitcase.

The place is really close to Matsusaka station, just a short walk. My twin room was tiny but clean, and I had to open my luggage on the bed 😁. The staff were friendly and kind. There's a manga library in the lobby 😊, along with vending machines and coin laundry. Fine for a short stay.

The breakfast and happy hour included in the package make it a pretty good deal. It's within walking distance of Matsusaka station, and Aeon MaxValu supermarket is about a 15-minute walk. The hotel is on the older side but kept up well. The room wasn't as roomy as I expected, though two people with light luggage fit comfortably.
