I’m very grateful to the owner for being so kind while I was dealing with an emergency. They let me check in early so I could spend the day while my wife was in the hospital, and extending my stay was easy too. The rooms are bunk bed style for four people. There’s a nice shared living room for meeting people and eating, plus a kitchen if you want to prepare your own food. The other facilities are shared, but that wasn’t a big problem here. Thanks again to the owners for what they did for me.

The owner was really friendly, and I had a great stay. There weren’t many travelers when I visited, so I got to enjoy the whole room to myself. On the second day I met some amazing people at a nearby bar, and that experience felt exceptionally magical to me. The owner suggested I visit with another friend. We also tried a pass-on drawing challenge.

It’s affordable, close to Dogo Onsen and the station, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They shared lots of tips and recommendations. In the evenings, when I wasn’t out exploring Matsuyama, I enjoyed chatting with them around the kotatsu. I even extended my stay to make the most of it. I’d love to come back in summer for the festival.

Amazing price and location. It’s basic, but the homemade bunk beds are comfortable, with futon mattresses, and each has its own light and charging point. Would highly recommend.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and there’s a shower and small kitchen. The building felt a bit colder than I like, but they supplied plenty of warm blankets, so I wasn’t cold. A great place to stay overnight.
