The parking shutters were down in the morning, so I couldn't get my car out until I pointed it out, and then they raised them. They shouldn't blame us for their mistake. The directions were sloppy, and nobody even said "be careful" or "thank you." The rooms were dirty, too, and the garage was hard to find. The receptionist's service was awful. I used the hotel for business, but there are plenty of better places, so I'm not coming back. I don't even want to give it one star. It was bad enough that I felt I had to write a review.

I chose this hotel because it's close to the city center, but the listed Wi-Fi is incredibly weak. Calling it "Wi-Fi available" in the description is unacceptable. If business travelers book specifically to use Wi-Fi, I think a refund would be warranted.

If you're planning to stay in Mutamachi and go out for drinks, the price is reasonable and I'd recommend it. Just be aware that some rooms have quite noisy air conditioning, so bringing earplugs might be a good idea. It's noticeably older than the newer hotels nearby.

It's an older place, but it was clean. They also provide a complimentary bottle of mineral water.
