T25 Hotel has an unusual artistic style that I haven’t often seen in Japan. The rooftop bar was a lovely extra, with a relaxing feel, a cool breeze, and unlimited drinks. The staff were extremely welcoming and kind, and made us feel at home. It was a memorable stay, and I highly recommend it.

My first two nights were in a spotless, tastefully decorated 20 m² double room with modern art and a smart TV. I extended for another night and moved to a much larger 40 m² triple room, with a kitchen, bath, and separate living space. Both rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal, with izakaya and shopping streets all around and the station within walking distance. On arrival, I was welcomed in a lobby that feels like a stylish lounge and offered a drink from the open bar. The rooftop is a self-service bar stocked with sake, shochu, Strong Zero, snacks, and ice, and you can take drinks back to your room. Staff didn’t speak English, but they were warm, polite, and helpful using translation apps. The stay was even better than I expected. Fully recommend.

I loved the industrial art feel as soon as I walked in. The rooms were the most spacious I’ve had in Japan, and came with all the amenities. There’s a well-stocked, self-service rooftop bar and complimentary drinks when you arrive and in the rooms. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re in Miyazaki!

The rooftop setup was a highlight for us, especially the huge shochu selection, with beer, wine, and sake too. Territory 25 also has a fun street art and pop art feel. Our room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and they’d even left toiletries and branded lounging clothes, including a long-sleeved shirt and sweatpants. Check-in was easy thanks to English instructions, and they offered us drinks while we got settled. Breakfast, the famous Miyazaki udon, was included and brought to our room. We even got a small snack when we checked out. One of our best hotel stays.
