The front desk team were very courteous, and the service was outstanding. I also appreciated the 11am checkout, which let me sleep a little later. The wifi was much faster here than at the Shobara Grand Hotel, and they supplied extra complimentary items like Q-tips, cotton pads, a shower cap, and bottled water. The shower head was high enough for someone taller, I'd say up to 5'8". The basic room has only a twin bed, while Shobara had a double, and I found the springs a bit uncomfortable. The air conditioner was noisy and made it hard to fall asleep.

Rooms are a little small by Japanese standards, but otherwise good. The location and wifi are good too.

You can get inexpensive breakfast and lunch buffets here. It's a modern, nice hotel with fast internet.
