Arimabaru Beach Resort

I’ve visited a few times now, and I’ve loved it every time. 👍✨

We come back every year as a family, and I hope we can stay again next year. Thanks as always to Chinatsu, the owner and all the staff. There are only three rooms in the condo, which sounded like a good way to avoid too much noise even in peak season. We first picked it for the easy trip to Churaumi Aquarium, and we’ve kept enjoying the comfortable stay and the nice amount of distance with the owner and everyone else. The north Okinawa location also makes it handy for Kouri Bridge and activities around Yanbaru. For meals, we’ve tried Hanasaki Marche, Ma-Blue, Chan-ya, Tetsuko's Soba and Ishinagu. A lot of Okinawa soba places close in the evening, so that was useful to know. We get around by rental car. I don’t drive in Tokyo at all, but once you’re on the highway it’s easy to reach from Naha Airport, even if you’re not very confident behind the wheel. I’d especially recommend it for families with children. There’s a washer and gas dryer in the room, so laundry doesn’t pile up.

The five of us in the family had a really restful stay, and we were surprised by how many different things were offered at breakfast. We’d love to come back when we’re in Okinawa again.

We stayed at Irinya in early November and found the room comfortable, functional and very well equipped. We also appreciated the warm welcome from the owner and Chinatsu. We had an early checkout, but were glad to see the owner before leaving. Thanks for recommending Tetsuko's soba restaurant on the inn’s Instagram. It had a lovely atmosphere and the food was delicious. We’d be happy to return with our family.
