Hostel Mosura No Tamago

Everything was clean and well equipped, even with shared bathrooms, toilets, and kitchens. The area around the guesthouse was peaceful, and the scuba diving at the shop next door made for a great vacation combination. The staff were especially helpful and welcoming. We had an early airport departure and couldn’t find a taxi, so Yuko-san offered to drive us there.

The rooms are cozy and clean, and the owners and staff are incredibly warm and hospitable. It’s a beautiful new house, with a lovely common room and a kitchen guests can use for free. Anchi beach is just a five-minute walk away. It’s beautiful, full of fish, and great for snorkeling. The accommodation was surprisingly cheap, too. This is probably my favorite place so far. I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to people I know.

For about 5,000 yen a night, this place is hard to beat. Breakfast is included, with a loaf of bread, jam, butter, yogurt, coffee, and tea. You can also have noodles if you want. The showers were good, laundry was free and easy to use, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The couple running it were so sweet and provided great service. They even drove me to the ferry port. It’s near the bridge to Motobu, so I could walk across to shop at the supermarket. I only stayed one night and wish it had been longer. I’ll definitely consider coming back.

The owners were really nice and clearly put a lot of work into keeping this hotel, hostel, or lodge in good shape. The rooms are decent and clean, and the facilities are good and available. It’s on Sessoko island, where the only other place around is a Hilton hotel and a nearby izakaya.
