Thanks to Carlo, Rory and Alex for such a lovely stay. The team made the place feel like home, with a relaxed welcome and great music setting the mood. The cooked breakfasts were sensational every morning, and all the facilities were spotless. We loved the onsens each night, too. It's right in town, close to the bars and restaurants. You know I'll be back. Miss you already xo

The location in the middle of town made it easy to reach the ski hills, as well as stroll over to shops and local restaurants. My partner and I stayed 10 days recently, and the daily breakfast was a highlight, along with the [missing detail] after a day on the hill. Carlo, Rory, Jed, Alex and Sophia greeted us when we arrived and made us feel welcome the whole time. Thanks for a great stay. We'd book Akakura Akarien again without hesitation.

The breakfast here is top notch, and the place is full of those little touches that make you want to return after skiing. We had a great stay. Carlo and his team, especially Rory, are always thinking about guests and how to help them have a good time.

It was close to the lifts, all the amenities, and some really good restaurants. Carlo and the staff made everything easy and comfortable, always with a smile and nothing feeling like a problem. I even got to ski with them. Really appreciated it 🙏 Would happily recommend these guys.

We had such a good week and felt very well looked after. Carlo and Rory were a huge help, and Carlo made sure the breakfast could accommodate all our dietary requirements. Everyone on staff was amazing and helpful. Can't wait to come back 🩵🩵
