Ahman Inn Island Yagaji

We had no trouble with check-in or check-out, and the area was quiet. Our room was clean, spacious, and still had that new-room smell. Having two toilets and two bathrooms, one with a shower booth, made things especially comfortable for our family of seven. The setting is unusual: a narrow road passes houses that look vacant alongside stylish detached homes and villas. The nearest convenience store is across the island, and depending on the time, the local shop may be out of stock in the morning or at night. It’s probably worth shopping ahead. With enough time and money, I’d happily stay here for a longer stretch.

There’s very little around the property, but the night sky is lovely, with beautiful stars. The price felt fair for the condition of the room, and the parking area is spacious. We had room to stay comfortably with three generations together. Four large beds sit side by side in the bedroom, and opening the central partition joins the space into one big room. Air conditioners at both ends make it easy to keep the temperature comfortable for sleeping. The place was very clean and had plenty of amenities, plus a washer and dryer. There are three bathrooms: the main one has a bathtub, washer, and dryer; another has a sink and toilet; and a smaller one has just a toilet. That gave everyone enough room in the morning.

I stayed for one night. The place is spacious and looks clean at first, but I noticed some missed spots: something apparently left by the previous guest under the washing machine, clearly visible, and a lot of dust high up on the wall. There are cleaning supplies, including a vacuum, which is handy for a longer stay. You’ll need to bring your own cotton swabs, hair ties or headbands, lotion and other cosmetics, fabric softener, pajamas or a bathrobe, a bath towel for washing, pens or other writing supplies, drinks or tea bags, and a drying rack for clothes that can’t go in the dryer.

You can stay here much like you would at home, since the rooms are clean, roomy, and fully equipped. They sleep up to eight and have two toilets, a shower booth, a bathtub bathroom, a washer, and a dryer. It was very comfortable.
