We’re going home with lovely memories from a fabulous week, and a tear in our eyes as we leave. Ms. Peem and her colleague welcomed us so warmly from the start, and Mr. Okinaya delighted us every morning with thoughtful little touches. Everyone did what they could to make our honeymoon unforgettable, and we felt completely at ease. The staff looked after us from breakfast through the evening aperitif. We loved the jacuzzi and have never enjoyed a spa so much. The facial was deeply relaxing, and we felt better as soon as we left that peaceful sanctuary. Thank you so much for the luxury, kindness, tranquility, and warm smiles. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for those things in an iconic place. With love, the Belgians.

The ocean-view room was amazing and spacious, and the resort felt quiet and remote, with beautiful beaches on both sides. The spa was incredible, especially the pool with 14 stations for massaging the body. Staff were friendly and kind. We loved our stay. The beds were a major problem for me. They’re very firm, too short for my 194 cm height, and I woke up with back aches every morning. I’d suggest replacing the two twins with king beds. I love the place, but I couldn’t return unless the beds improve.

The service was unbeatable, with a personal touch, and staff were charming and attentive to everything we asked for. Our room was cleaned twice a day, and it was gorgeous, with absolutely beautiful sea views. An incredible hotel experience, highly recommended.

I spent one night here with my 14-year-old son. Since guests have to be at least 13, the property felt quieter and more private. The staff at The Terrace Club at Busena were phenomenal, and my son and I came away with great memories. I’m sure I’ll return next year. The beach view from check-in was breathtaking, and the welcome drink was refreshing. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade to an ocean-view room, which was amazing. The daybed was a real charm, and the in-room bathtub had a lovely view. We enjoyed the fantastic outdoor pool, another breathtaking spot and my favorite area on the property. The lounge’s afternoon tea and evening cocktails were decent. There was only one non-alcoholic cocktail, Blue China, but it was delicious. Breakfast had good quality but lacked variety; I still enjoyed it enough. The Thalasso pool isn’t for pregnant women. There was only one place where I could get in, and the seawater was far too salty for my skin. It irritated me so much that I got out very quickly.

The facilities were nice and well maintained, and our room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly. We had booked a sunset-view room but didn’t get one, which was disappointing. The main outdoor pool was also closed during our stay, and nobody told us why.
